Corporate and Social Responsibilities
Tejas Networks’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives reflect our commitment to inclusive growth and sustainable development. Our CSR Policy focuses on key areas such as promoting education and vocational skills—especially for children, women, the elderly, and the differently-abled individuals—supporting livelihood enhancement projects, ensuring environmental sustainability, and conserving natural resources. We also address hunger, poverty, and malnutrition, while promoting preventive healthcare and sanitation.
In FY 2024–25, Tejas Networks supported the Teach for India Fellowship Program, which enables volunteer educators to work directly with underserved students and gain insights into the current state of education in India. Our contribution helped improve the academic performance of over 100 students in Delhi this year.
During the same period, we partnered with Parivaar Residential School in West Bengal to provide care, education, and a safe environment for 57 underprivileged children. Our support played a key role in helping these children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
We also collaborated with the Bangalore Rotary Indiranagar Trust to renovate eight Anganwadi centers in Chikkaballapura district, Karnataka. This project involved upgrading essential infrastructure such as flooring, roofing, kitchens, and sanitation facilities. The initiative is expected to benefit approximately 200 families by enhancing access to essential services and contributing to community development.
In addition to these initiatives, Tejas Networks employees actively participate in volunteering efforts, including blood donation camps at office premises, cleanliness drives in ecologically sensitive areas and sustainability-focused activities.
